Responsibilities of the HR Director:
- Auditing files and filing paperwork
- Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
- Coordinating interviews for new staff
- Onboarding new hires and organize orientations
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Qualifications of the HR Director:
- Two years of experience in HR and Payroll Processes
- Two years of experience in the healthcare field
- Degree in HR preferred
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

- Long Branch, NJ 07740: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
