Responsibilities Medical Records/ Transportation/ GNA:
- Serves as center liaison regarding records maintenance and storage.
- Create medical records for all new patient admissions.
- Perform routine audits of medical records upon patient admission through discharge to monitor compliance with policies regarding documentation, physician visits, timeliness.
- Drive resident’s to appointments and assist as needed.
Qualifications Medical Records/ Transportation/ GNA:
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- GNA/CNA license required.
- Driver’s license required.
