The Smart Home industry is booming. A recent study stated that over 90% of homeowners who do not currently have smart home technology on their homes, will purchase it in the next (2) years. With over 1400 new homes being sold in the Central Valley monthly, there is an incredible need to provide a quality solution to them.
ADT Home Security has developed a new Smart Home App called Control. Through this interactive solution, customers will be able to control their Alarm System, answer their door through an interactive doorbell camera, Control door locks, garage automation, heat/cool and even view what is going on inside and outside there home through integrated Video Surveillance. We call this “Your home in your Phone.”
Job Description:
· Through our direct marketing program, you will establish new accounts as well as upgrade existing customer to provide them with Home Automation and Protective Services
· Explain to customers the benefits of home automation through our unique smart phone interactive application. The end user will be able to receive text/email notifications about critical events related to their family and home. (alarm.com)
· Work directly with the Sales Manager to organize advertising activity in the assign area to ensure you are utilizing our Area Management philosophy.
· Provide daily updates of market penetration and future sales activity in the area.

· Fast learner. We have an extensive training program to ensure your success, but you need to be willing to take the necessary steps to learn the material. You can take complicated stuff and make it clear, actionable, and relevant to your customer.

· High ethical standards. We are A and accredited with the Better Business Bureau. We expect honest communication with all customers and other associates within the organization.

Compensation:
A base salary will be offered on experience during your initial training period. A very lucrative bonus structure will be included above the base compensation. You can expect to average $5000-6000 per month after your training period. Our top Professionals made over $125,000 last year.
We are looking for leaders and will be willing to train the right individual to grow within our organization. This is a true 6 figure opportunity.
Additional Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable form of transportation.
· Clean criminal history. We will be getting you licensed with the state of California
· Flexible work schedule including evenings.
· Some sales experience.

Sales Training that includes a clear understanding of the industry, sales environment, product, referrals, selling and closing skills improvement. You will be provided hands on training from one of our professionals in all areas of your responsibilities.
