As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the technical operations, responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients' IT systems. Experience in delivering superior IT solutions is necessary. One would be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure; proactive monitoring and problem resolution; configure, implement, and support hardware and software solutions including servers, virtualization, cloud services, and network equipment; collaborate with clients to assess IT needs and recommend improvements; troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, document system configurations, changes and support activities, provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: Two or more years experience in IT Environment (Helpdesk, Internal IT, etc), Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Specialist or similar role, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems, Proficiency with virtualization Technolgies (VMware, Hyper-V), Familiarity with network infrastructure, firewalls, and security best practices, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong communication and customer skills, Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
