- 5 years Management experience

Responsibilities:
• Provide Customer service excellence
• Service process from initial call to invoice payments
• Technician licensing and certifications
• Possess knowledge of HVAC/R service and safety
• Effectively communicate to customers, supervisors, and management team
• Enforce all workplace safety guidelines including tool and equipment condition
