Billing Analyst
COMPLY is currently looking for a stellar Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The right candidate for this role is someone who wants to own the full billing functions including invoicing, collections, analysis, as well as other related operational and accounting activities. This is a highly visible role that requires partnering closely with our Legal, Sales, Implementations and Renewals teams and is a great opportunity to gain experience working at a SaaS company backed by a top-tier private equity firm.
What you'll do:
- Analyze client contracts and order forms in partnership with our Legal, Sales, and Renewals teams to confirm accuracy of pricing, user counts and billing terms.
- Issue customer invoicing in a timely manner.
- Handle the collection of all open customer balances, including the management of automated dunning process.
- Accurately track and apply customer remittances.
- Monitor the billing email inbox and respond to customer inquiries and requests as appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes.
- Escalate collection issues that may require special attention, support, or present credit risk/loss to management.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to help facilitate the collections process.
- Manage detailed deferred revenue schedules and reconciliation.
- Report on accounts receivable and collections KPIs to management as needed.
- Identify, develop & implement process improvements to support accurate and efficient billings and account management.
- Support the Accounting Manager in the accounting close and cash flow forecasting processes.
- Assist on other financial / operations tasks when required.
Salary : $50,000 - $58,000
