Senior Manager, Sales Development
The Role
ComplySci is growing at warp speed, which means the Sales Development team needs to scale quickly and efficiently. We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead a growing team of SDRs who are focused on developing well qualified opportunities to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and scaling large teams in a complex, multi-channel sales environment.
This is a high impact and high ownership role for leaders who are interested in building something big and empowering reps to reach their potential. You will be an active contributor in shaping the global team and process.
More specifically, you would:
- Build and develop a world-class Sales Development team.
- Oversee daily activities and track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Manage SDR rosters for tracking ramp adjusted capacity and productivity.
- Develop and maintain SDR reports and dashboards to ensure results can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Partner with sales managers to develop campaigns that align to their segment goals based on a territory plan.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and people ops to ensure SDR onboarding and training is aligned with our current product offering.
- Promote a high energy and fun environment where people are excited to work and inspired to overachieve their goals
- Motivate and develop SDRs to exceed goals and grow their careers.
