JOB SUMMARY

IT Auditors perform fair, value‐added audits, and consulting services to help ensure goals and performance objectives of the corporation are met and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory expectations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs audits of various areas throughout CSI, including Operations and IT.
  • Serves as a liaison for third‐party or outsourced internal audits.
  • Assists external auditors with audit procedures, when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as needed.


PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

  • Value‐added feedback to CSI Management through clear and accurate audit reports.
  • Effective project management to ensure audits are completed in a timely manner as set forth in the Audit Plan.
  • Streamlining of external audits so internal CSI departments, as well as external auditors, have centralized point of contact to efficiently communicate and share information / evidence in a timely fashion.
  • This position is responsible for the completion of assigned audits according to the International Professional Practices Framework within expected timeframes.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Education or job knowledge equivalent to a college or university undergraduate education.


Experience:

No experience required.
IT/technical background preferred.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General Supervision. Assignments are both task‐oriented and objective‐oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Travel: Some travel required (15-25%).

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and the basic need to look at a computer screen 8 hours a day.
