In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing efforts. This role is customer-facing and has an integral part in leading ComputerCare’s growth by building our core business and identifying new business opportunities. Essential Duties- Proactively generate an average of 400 high-quality leads per month through targeted engagement efforts.
- Send a minimum of 100 outbound emails to prospective leads per day.
- Place a minimum of 50 outbound phone calls to prospective leads per day.
- Generate 40 qualified leads per month.
- Schedule 4 appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads per month.
- Travel between worksite locations as necessary
Roles & Responsibilities- Assess, qualify, and engage inbound leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain lead engagement by providing information and resources.
- Ensure accurate lead data in HubSpot.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further discussions.
- Proactively seek and identify new leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Initiate contact with personalized messages and calls.
- Assess prospects' fit, interest, and readiness for sales engagement.
- Implement structured follow-up to nurture leads.
- Focus on dormant leads, categorize them, and execute campaigns to revive interest.
- Gather feedback from dormant leads and update lead data.
- Convert dormant leads into active, qualified prospects.
- Monitor and manage WBENC certification updates.
- Handle portal submissions and ensure compliance with WBENC requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain accurate WBENC records and documentation.
- Identify and engage with 100 diverse companies monthly, encompassing both enterprise-level organizations and those aligning with our ideal customer profile.
- Initiate communication with three to five key decision-makers within each targeted company.
- Strive to maintain a certain call-to-connect ratio, which may vary depending on industry norms.
- Craft well-written and personalized email messages that effectively communicate the value of our products or services.
- Pay attention to open and response rates to continually improve email outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Ensure that the leads you pass to the sales team meet the company's target customer profile.
- Aim to understand the leads' specific needs and challenges, aligning them with the relevant solutions or services.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications- 2 years of relevant experience in business development or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and business solutions.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Netsuite or Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and an eye for detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work in team environments, and a commitment to continuous improvement
