Program Manager - Agile

****Candidate must be available to work on a Hybrid Schedule for 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

The Program Manager will coordinate across several disciplinary groups with a key focus on program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, budgetary tracking, and management reporting. He/She will collaborate with partners in technology and product management to deliver solutions for Customers and Financial Advisors.

· 3 years of experience in managing complex technology development projects with an understanding of the different technology stack involved

· Financial Industry Background

· Bachelors Degree

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor materials appropriately

· Presentation skills, including the ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and facilitate meetings for various levels of management

· Analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making

· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

· Autonomous/self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines

· Time management skills and ability to drive projects to completion within budget

· Eagerness to learn the business and understand technical requirements

· Working experience with SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 per hour
