As a DevOps Specialist, you’ll join a highly skilled team of infrastructure and database specialists and developers who design and support cloud solutions that serve over a million users. As a member of this team, you will:

• Design, develop, and test enhancements to cloud products
• Implement and support tooling and automation for deployment, monitoring and observability
• Optimize systems to improve reliability and performance
• Maintain security to protect client data
• Contribute to documented designs, standards, and procedures
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues as part of incident response and postmortem, including compensated on-call rotation

​You are perfect for this role if you have…

• Innate curiosity about how things work
• Ability to come up with scalable solutions for complex problems
• Passion for automation and eliminating toil
• 5 years’ experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the following:
  • Core services (networking, storage, monitoring, security)
  • Backup and disaster recovery technologies
  • Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Git, pipelines, Terraform, Helm charts)
  • Containers (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes)
  • Virtualization technology
  • Operating systems (Linux, Windows)

Preferred

• ​Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• Microsoft certification in Azure Associate (AZ-104 or AZ-204), DevOps (AZ-400), and/or Security (AZ-500)
