The ideal candidate will bring a background in AEM and Retail, with expertise in both front and back-end aspects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to meticulously gather and document detailed requirements for squads, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
- Work closely with technical teams to comprehend solutions that align with business goals, ensuring successful acceptance criteria.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, to effectively communicate requirements to both business and technical teams as needed.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of functional/technical requirements and expectations.
- Participate in testing activities and address any requirement gaps or issues that may arise.
- Able to add AEM components to sites as needed to explain enhancements in AEM components.
- Understand AEM Assets terminologies and document business needs for any AEM Assets enhancements.
- Interact with front-end Web and Apps teams to understand and document requirements for AEM to WCS integrations.
- Understand the concepts of APIs, microservices, and Kafka functionalities. Create requirements/acceptance criteria for technical features.
- Senior level BA with a self-starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in Agile & Lean UX methodologies.
- Prior experience in the retail industry with cross-functional teams or other fast-paced environments prone to quick changes (e.g., agency, startup).
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in AEM projects, is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
- Knowledge of Kafka producer/consumer workflows.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong core skills: facilitation, communication, requirements gathering/documentation, organization.
- Familiarity with using Features, User Stories, and Given/When/Then practices for documentation.
- Tools: JIRA, Mural, Wiki, Microsoft Teams & SharePoint.
