Job Description

Title: Procurement manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote and travel required as needed)

Length: 12 months

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive work experience on RFP Strategy (RFI, RFP...etc)
  • Guiding the internal customers on the best approach to RFP
  • Good working knowledge of a procurement system like Coupa, Ariba...etc
  • Facilitating internal customer discussions to review RFP, RFI responses
  • Consolidating and managing vendor scorecards
  • Experience working with suppliers, legal and internal stakeholders 
  • Experience working on multiple projects, project timelines and managing workload
  • Writing and helping internal customers with SOWs and RFP documents
  • Good understanding of technology landscape
