Collect customer information for order processing.
Reporting: Daily reports submitted to the designated manager via a GPS work tracking application. (Activeknocker)
Required abilities/tools
Drivers license and access to a vehicle (daily)
Have an up to date smartphone (Apple or Android)
Walk 2-4 miles at a time and stand on feet for up to 4 hours
Be confident when talking to new people and adapt to social situations
Understand the foundations of sales and the required critical thinking and strategy skills to be successful
Compensation
Base Pay: $100/day if you knock a minimum of 100 doors (EG: Knock 85 doors and log them, get $0, knock 110 doors get $100) All activity must be logged on ActiveKnocker App
Commission Structure for Closed Sales:
$100 for 1st sale, $150 for 2nd sale, $200 for 3rd sale in a one day period, our reps usually get 3 sales per 200 doors knocked, 25 conversations held (averages about $220 per 6 hours worked)

Payment Schedule: Bi-Weekly via direct deposit (activity report must be turned in to receive payment and activity logged in app)
Expectations
Work Hours: Expected working hours 2pm-8pm (flexibility may be considered based on performance) with ability to work weekends. Minimum of 15 hours/week expected.
Dress Code: Business casual attire.

Brochures/flyers with plan details
Training (Provided):
Product knowledge training on the telecom companies' internet offerings
Sales techniques and objection handling (to be provided)
