The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You’ll be a key member of our IT team, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing endpoint solutions in alignment with our cloud migration strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering and technical leadership skills in endpoint management, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a proven track record of successful migration projects.

Responsibilities

As our Sr. Endpoint Engineer, you will:

Endpoint Security & Management:

• Implement and manage endpoint security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to enhance and maintain robust endpoint security protocols.
• Perform secure baseline image creation and tailoring of Windows operating system images.
• Conduct Windows Readiness and Compatibility Assessment.
• Support application packaging, deployments, documentation, and release control.
• Work within the change management process to coordinate the release of new software packages.
• Lead the team on multiple Workforce Enablement projects (W11 Upgrade, etc.) in a fast-paced environment.
• Deploy software for service packs or emergency security patches.

Cloud Migration and Automation:

• Integrate and optimize endpoint solutions within our evolving cloud infrastructure, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or equivalent tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation in endpoint management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
• Be a key player in continuing the planning and execution of endpoint migration strategies to cloud-based platforms already in motion, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement endpoint solutions compatible with cloud infrastructure.

Apple Ecosystem:

• Proficient in macOS administration, including system configuration, user account management, and security settings.
• Experience in deploying and managing Apple devices, ensuring proper setup, configurations, and centralized management through solutions like Apple Business Manager.
• Expertise in implementing and managing security measures specific to macOS, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate Apple devices with other platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration in a heterogeneous corporate environment.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions for Apple devices (i.e., MS Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, VMWare Workspace ONE, Fleetsmith, etc.) enabling centralized management, configuration, and security policy enforcement.

SharePoint Administration

• Proficient in SharePoint Server and Online administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Expertise in implementing robust security settings, permissions, and access controls for SharePoint sites and libraries.
• Skilled in designing and managing SharePoint site architecture, content structures, and workflows for efficient collaboration and information organization.
• Knowledgeable in SharePoint development tools and techniques, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and customization using JavaScript or PowerShell.
• Experienced in planning and executing SharePoint migration projects, ensuring data integrity, and establishing governance policies for compliance and proper usage.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Proven experience specializing in Windows desktop and Microsoft technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) suite of products, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design.
• Ability to research and recommend innovative approaches for system admin tasks.
• Familiarity with endpoint encryption solutions.
• Proven experience in cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• In-depth experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, etc.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation.
• Experience in working with formal, enterprise-grade Patch Management and Change Control Systems in a cloud environment.
• Ability to support iOS mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) in a cloud environment.
• Proven track record of leading endpoint engineering initiatives and participating team members.

• Collaborate & communicate effectively with stakeholders, IT, end-users, peers & 3rd parties.

• Microsoft Azure Certification(s)
• MCSE Certification (Mobility, Productivity Solutions Expert, Cloud Platform, and Infrastructure)
• MD-102 Endpoint Administrator
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• COMPTIA A
