Team Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Team Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and lead our cleaning team to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service every time. This position requires a natural leader with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Training and Development: Assist in training new cleaning team members on company procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols. Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning tasks alongside the team, when necessary.

2. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of completed cleanings to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed to improve performance.

3. Team Culture: Help maintain a positive and supportive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. Lead team meetings and activities to promote morale and motivation.

4. Leadership: Serve as a role model and mentor to team members, demonstrating reliability, hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Quoting Cleanings: Assist in estimating the time and resources required for cleaning projects, working closely with management to provide accurate quotes to clients.

2. Additional Tasks: Participate in other company initiatives and projects as needed, with the opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities based on performance and interest.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning services preferred but not required.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Willingness to get hands-on and work alongside the team as needed.
