Our Team:
Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) are the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. This position will be based out of Concord CTC or West Lebanon CTC and will provide clinical support and oversight to three CTC clinic locations in the state of New Hampshire.
Your Job as a Regional Clinical Supervisor:
The Regional Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient addiction recovery environment. The Regional Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the assigned programs' Clinical Supervisors. In the absence of a Clinical Supervisor, this position will oversee the treatment facility's clinical program/clinicians. This position includes fostering compliance with clinical and regulatory standards and ensuring clinical and administrative services are provided for patients and their families.
Your Responsibilities as a Regional Clinical Supervisor:
- Provides supervision to Clinical Supervisors and other personnel of the clinical team as needed. This may include providing clinical supervision to counselors in the absence of a Program Clinical Supervisor.
- Develops and provides clinical trainings to Clinical team, as needed, to enhance counseling skills, therapeutic techniques, and documentation skills.
- Reviews clinical program adherence to policies and regulatory standards on a semi-annual basis.
- Reviews KPl's and develops improvement plans, as needed, for clinics related to counselor productivity, 90-day retention rates, admissions, and no shows.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
- Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.
- Ensures quality patient care; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral or related field required
- Prefer Master's degree in behavioral or related field, also encouraged to apply.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of full-time professional clinical experience in a recognized addiction treatment program, one of which was at the supervisor or administrative level.
- Experience in developing and implementing training preferred
- Experience in the area of substance use disorder/MAT is highly preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
- MLADC in New Hampshire is required
