Individuals in this position contribute to the success of the community by maintaining grounds, amenities, building interiors and exteriors.
This opportunity is right for you if you have experience with equipment such as pressure washer, blower and paint sprayer. Ability to troubleshoot and perform irrigation repairs is required. This candidate will maintain the communitys curb appeal to provide an attractive environment.
Candidates must have the desire and ability to address residents customer service needs through clear and caring communication. Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented. Willingness and ability to learn industry leading technology to provide efficient and effective service is essential.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience of candidate.
- Simple reference use of lists, service requests, MSDS sheets, and instructions, where interpretation is required. High School diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
- Over two and up to three months required to be fully familiar with work routines.
