Concrete Driveway Co looking for a proactive and innovative Director of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing recruitment systems, utilizing the latest recruiting technology and AI tools to identify and attract top talent to our organization. This position is located in Greenville, SC and only applicants currently residing or in process of relocating to Greenville, SC and surrounding areas will be considered.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and systems to meet the organization's hiring needs.
• Utilize the latest recruiting technology and AI tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and implement efficient recruitment processes.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and systems.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on creating and implementing recruitment systems.
• Proficient in using up-to-date recruiting technology and AI tools to enhance the recruitment process.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
