Catering Sales CoordinatorAs a Catering Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to help drive sales andexecute event planning. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for helping todevelop new and repeat sales strategies and ideas in their region along with focusingon brand awareness. This job requires a highly motivated individual with a passion forhospitality.Report to: Catering ManagerJob Characteristics● Responsible for maintaining and responding to all catering emails in theirspecific region● Work in a face paced environment controlling multiple projects simultaneously,while still maintaining a high level of professionalism● Assist the guests by guiding them through our catering offerings to fulfillcatering orders for corporate and catering-related businesses groups andsocial gatherings.● Effectively assist in guest recovery and guest service comments to ensure weare giving the best customer service to our new and repeat guests● Work closely with Catering Sales Manager to build new and repeat businessthrough further development of brand awareness● Communication with multiple store locations on important catering orders andevents● Be able to multitask and be extremely organized in order to manage differentevents for allthe restaurants in their region● Assist with any client inquiries or questions that come through our cateringphone line● Has a strong attention to details and able to execute these details with strongcommunication to the restaurantsPositional Requirements:● Strong Communication Skills● Strong organizational Skills● Catering Experience is a plus● Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhy Should You Join Our Team?● Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance● Competitive compensation● Tremendous Growth PotentialWhat Condado is All About:Our build-your-own-taco concept has been operating since 2014, with our firstlocation in Columbus, Ohio.
