What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Custodian position at Condo Hotel?
We are looking for an independent employee to take care of the exterior of our facilities and carry out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building and breezeways in a clean and orderly condition. Please note that this position is primarily outdoors, and we will need someone who can adapt for the various responsibilities that come with rain, snow, ice, Etc.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Tidying and upkeep of pool area
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity
- Ability to work well Independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
