 in Middletown, NY

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.20/hr. 

Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

What you will be doing:   

• Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.
• Training will be 3-4 weeks
• Pocessors will arrive at the facility by 7:00 am, you are responsible for all mail processes.
• Receive all mail that comes into onsites mail center
• Open and sort all mail documents accordingly
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
• Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.
• Identifies documents and their purpose and follow company processing procedures  
• Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

Requirements 

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or  General Education Degree (GED). 
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. 
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check  

People who succeed in this role have:  

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry. 
• Ability to perform repetative and physical movements through out work shift
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills. 
• Knowledge of Medical,Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred 
• Strong work ethic.
