Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be knowledgeable in retail sales, cash handling, and basic math skills.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in jewelry or electronics sales is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
