What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include transactional sales to meet targets by researching customer requests, providing solutions, closing sales, and generating new business with existing customers. Building rapport and ensuring a great customer experience through efficient transactional selling are at the heart of what you do.

What It Takes to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should be highly proficient in using multiple systems and websites simultaneously, possess excellent phone skills, and have a knack for managing multiple activities simultaneously. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to superior customer service will set you apart.

Other requirements include:

· Professional phone skills, inbound and outbound calls.

· Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to create relationships and build rapport with vendors and customers.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay / Compensation

During the training period, you'll receive higher base pay. Afterward, compensation includes an hourly rate and commission, paid on a bi-weekly schedule. Our 1st year Sales Reps average $70k - $90k annually (base commission), with top-tier Sales Reps exceeding $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Enjoy a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and one extended shift from 8:15 am to 6:00 pm.

NO EVENINGS. NO WEEKENDS.
