What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Confidential Jobs?
- To manage day-to-day finance and HR function within the business unit, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts, providing review and supervision of AP/AR and banking functions and providing stakeholder management through daily management of stakeholder enquiries.
- To provide Group level support with annual and half-yearly audits, tax compliance, investor reporting, Group budgets, Board reporting and other tasks as required.
- Provide timely billing to customers, follow up payment and be the first point of contact within finance.
- Provide regular financial reporting and management production reporting, manage day-to-day HR function and report as required, and provide other support and recommendations as required.
- Work with the production teams to assist with resource planning, oversee inventory management and obtain regular and accurate reporting of labor hours.
- Oversee, manage and review all procurement activities on a daily and weekly basis to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist with estimation and work collaboratively to drive improvements between the business units.
- Support Group functions such as audit, budgeting, and reporting.
- Provide information on a timely basis to ensure the auditors can complete their processes efficiently.
- Provide information on a timely basis to ensure compliance with statutory reporting.
- Be key point of contact with key providers.
- Assist with recruitment as required
- Prepare employment contracts
- Manage onboarding of new staff
- Manage payroll function
- Support with HR matters such as complaints, remuneration, apprenticeship support and staff amenities
- Manage off-boarding and employee exit procedures
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
