Customer Service (60%)
§ Client Relationship Management
· Ensure client needs are met, ensure timely communication and follow up
· Build rapport with clients
· Respond to complaints and resolve client issues
· Maintain strong company reputation with clients
· Maintain a database of clients
· Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
§ Client Retention
· Ensure client retention per company goals
§ Client Visits & Site Inspections
· Perform as scheduled
· Document all client feedback, inspection feedback, inspection pictures, client information, etc.
· Document needed operational improvements at customer locations
· Ensure satisfactory service and client needs are met
§ Control Account Profitability
· Run P&L’s and Proformas, analyze account financial performance
· Identify strategies to maximize account profitability
· Ensure all customers meet profitability goals
§ Contract Management & Renewals
· Ensure all contracts are active
· Ensure all upcoming contract renewals are completed timely and proactively prior to contract expiration
§ New Customer Onboarding
· Work as liaison between Operations & Customer for new clients
Sales (40%)
§ Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a contract
§ Create Financial Proformas for Prospective Clients
§ Create Service Proposals for Prospecitve Clients
§ Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling/canvasing and networking
§ Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system
§ Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email
§ Hit sales targets
· 2024 sales target is $400,000 in new business
Control Food Truck Schedule (5 hours per month)
§ Monthly schedule creation of Food Truck Schedule for plants
§ Add/remove vendors as needed
§ Operate as point of contact for any Vendor needs
Misc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 45 per week
