Administration Specialist

Organized individual needed to support a small sales team at a fantastic company in a quiet and comfortable showroom environment.

Hours are 8-4 and NO WEEKENDS!

Job duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support as a key member of a small sales team
  • Coordinating project details and setting up jobsite deliveries
  • Processing purchase orders in company inventory software
  • Performing administrative work with phones, calendars, electronic & physical filing
  • Day-to-day activities related to the upkeep of an office and showroom
  • Light miscellaneous housekeeping to maintain our showroom
  • Ordering maintaining our vendor samples and supplies
  • Miscellaneous supply ordering/purchasing

Job qualifications include:

  • Positive attitude with a commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Strong organizational, administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on customers’ jobs and projects
  • Attention to detail is a critical strength
  • Responsible self-starter
  • Strong Communication skills; oral and written
  • Supportive team player, able to interact with different areas within the company
  • Ability to learn company inventory/sales software
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Outlook, and Web navigation

Wages dependent on experience and aptitude. Will train the right candidate with the right attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
