Now hiring full-time Admissions Director for skilled-nursing facility
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources
- Provide support for the referral sources/potential admission by addressing their questions, concerns and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed
- Coordinate the entire process of Referral to Admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations •
- Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-range census goals
- Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources
Qualifications:
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to community groups/agencies and facility team
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Considerable experience in a comparable position will be considered in lieu of degree
- Two years healthcare experience, preferred in a SNF, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
