Position: Programmer Analyst 3
Location: Richmond Virginia Hybrid (3 Days on-site – 2 day’s remote)
Duration: 12 Months

*at least 3 days/wk onsite required
**Local Richmond, VA candidates strongly preferred
*Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through Client Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
.Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Sharepoint, GIS applications using various ESRI ArcGIS products.
Core Responsibilities:
• Product broad understanding of the Client innovation framework
• Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
• Follow all applicable industry and Client standards, processes and Protocols
• Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs
• manage stakeholder communications and expectations
KSA:
- Process mapping experience,
- Code Documentation,
- Writing Requirements/Product documents,
- Writing use-cases,
- using architectural artifacts
- interpreting solution architectures
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Customer focused collaboration
- Ability to travel around the state as needed
- Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C , Java
- Minimum of 5 years experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Data verse. (Hard Requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
- Minimum of 5 years experience using RESTful APIS
- Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Data lakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences.
