Assisted Director of Nursing- LPN Job Summary:
The Assisted Director of Nursing- LPN is responsible to oversee and coordinate the care and services of Residents, promote the effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures.
- Establish and monitor goals and expectations for the Assisted Living and Memory Care departments.
- Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans.
- Participate in and oversee the admission and on-going Resident assessment and care planning process.
- Act as Resident/Administrative advocate for development of and participation in Residents’ Council for the Assisted Living and Memory Care Setting.
- Oversee surveys and inspections made by government agencies.
- Complete appropriate forms, reports, evaluations, and studies.
- Assist in Resident care as needed.
- Conduct staff supervisory responsibilities to include selection, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, counseling, discipline and terminations

Qualifications of an ideal candidate:
- LPN required
- CPR
- At least 3yrs progressively responsible work experience in the senior living industry or related field
