Job Summary
Our Managers are responsible for the daily operations of our establishments, by providing professional leadership and direction to our team by ensuring that all service standards are being followed and our guests feel a true sense of our hospitality. Our goal is to enable the members of our Management Team to have a balanced quality of life and create long-term wealth for themselves. Managers must work in unison with the BOH staff and managers with the guest experience as their highest priority. There are many benefits to working at our restaurant, beyond a sense of family and connection you will get from our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity if you:
- 2 years management experience in a fast paced high volume setting- Knowledgeable in service standards and hospitality - Ability to solve problems in a fast paced atmosphere - TIPS certified or equivalent- Knowledgeable in cost control procedures and standards -Strong ability to build and maintain a team- Experienced in scheduling, training and hiring- Possess strong verbal and communication skills-Strong personality is a plus!! Must be able to list 50lbs.
