The individual will have a proven track record in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
- Help manage all other aspects of the department
- Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
- Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience
- Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- An impressive work ethic
- Robust customer service and follow up skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
- Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, UCS, CDK, Dealer Track or other automotive technology systems
- Provide excellent leadership with great communication skills
