We are seeking candidates to add to our team! Our focus is to provide top quality cannabis to the medical market in Colorado. The responsibility of the Lead Trimmer is to maintain the standards of trim, and ensure quality control is upheld. Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner is a must! We are also looking for team members seeking upward growth.

Experience working in cannabis postproduction is required. We are looking to add a Team Lead to the crew to maintain the morale of the team and quality of the bud for a job that can become monotonous in a stale environment. This position is great for those who lead by example, maintain positive attitude, and enjoys being around weed all day long.

We are currently hiring for the positions of a Lead Trimmer. Lead Trimmer’s responsibilities include:

· Meeting daily quotas

· Abide by all company standards

· Maintain a steady production pace

· Maintenance, care, and manicuring of the plants.

· Maintenance and sanitization of the workplace.

· Learning about each strain

· Adapt to different techniques of trimming

· Maintain professional and reliable attendance

-Recording numbers of the post production team daily

-Packaging product

-Keeping organization within all post production rooms.

-Coming up with fun and creative ideas to keep the team motivated.

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts.
• Mostly Monday to Friday, however some weekends will be required

Typical end time:

• 5PM

Typical start time:

• 9AM

This Job Is:
