A nursing home company in the Philadelphia, PA, area is seeking an RN chart review nurse to join their team on a part time basis. This position is ideal for a retired former SNF director of nursing can be done remotely from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications:
- Active RN/LPN license in good standing.
- Organizational skills.
- Familiarity with PCC.
- 3 years of Director of Nursing or regional nurse experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft programs, email, and use an EMR system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform quality assurance medical record reviews as requested
- Review patient healthcare information and records for risk management
- Identify areas of risk or vulnerability in patient records
- Collaborate with clinical team and facilities
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunity
