As a Chef, you will use your creativity on a daily basis to maintain the highest of culinary standards and service.
Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Menu planning & provisioning
- Food preparation
- Ensuring safety & sanitation guidelines are met and exceeded
- Manage staff members including kitchen and dining room staff.

Chef Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience in restaurants or production environment. Commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of food science and strong working knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Will use hand tools and other kitchen equipment to meet production goals including knives, dishwashing machine and trash compactor as well as be exposed to variety of cleaning/sanitizing products.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current state Food Handler’s Permit must be maintained
