Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director of Clinical Applications oversees all IT functions related to clinical application systems.
This role involves managing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of both Epic and non-Epic clinical systems, along with any other technologies that support clinical workflows and care delivery. The director provides leadership and strategic direction to application managers, ensuring that the portfolio of products aligns with and supports the health system's clinical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include defining system requirements, overseeing project management, and ensuring successful implementation of clinical applications that meet customer needs, organizational objectives, and industry standards.
The director collaborates closely with clinical and operational leaders to design and deliver technology solutions that support the health strategic goals in both current and future environments. Note: Unrestricted, uncompensated, on call is expected in this position per the Information Systems On-Call Policy.

Minimum Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Information Systems Other relevant fields of study
Or
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years proven Information Systems leadership experience
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
