Commercial Lender

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lender to join our organization. As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and managing a portfolio of commercial loans. Duties:

- Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers

- Work closely with analysts to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility

- Collaborate with borrowers to gather necessary information and ensure accurate completion of loan applications

- Work with processors to originate loans by preparing loan packages and presenting them to the appropriate decision-makers

- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential borrowers, including reviewing contracts, conducting site visits, and assessing collateral

- Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, monitoring repayment schedules and ensuring compliance with loan terms

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial lending

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lender or in a similar role within the financial services industry

- Proven track record in loan origination and processing

- Background in dedicated customer service with a desire to build long-term relationships

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
