Responsibilities :
- Handling consumer inquiries efficiently and accurately across various channels, including phone, email, mail, and social media.
- Managing a consistent volume of consumer communications and taking appropriate actions such as issuing coupons when necessary.
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintaining and updating documents and databases related to consumer management.
- Generating and distributing regular logs and reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Providing routine support to the Administrative Assistant and vice versa.
- Assisting Marketing and Sales with various projects.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least 2-4 years of Customer Service / Relations experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in consumer relations or a similar role is preferred.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
This position is not directly in Newton, MA, but is in a neighboring town.
