As a Front Office Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and understand their treatment options. You will work closely with the dental team to coordinate patient care, communicate treatment plans, and manage the financial aspects of care. Your goal will be to provide a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication: Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dental team’s time.
- Financial Coordination: Discuss payment options, insurance coverage, and assist patients with financing plans when needed.
- Treatment Planning: Work with the dental team to develop and present treatment plans that meet the needs and goals of patients.
- Patient Follow-Up: Monitor patient progress and follow up with them to ensure they are on track with their treatment plans.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, manage treatment documentation, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
