Position Overview:
As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple QSR locations within your assigned district. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and upholding our brand standards. This position requires a strategic thinker, effective leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Store Managers within the district.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop store-level personnel to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role within the QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, including food safety and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
