A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day as a District Manager should be pleasant and upbeat! You will mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district. You will ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district, especially regarding deployment, team building, and strategic people development. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The DM will handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems

WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
