What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Paralegal position at Confidential?
Pleasant Hill law firm seeks a full-time paralegal to help support our growing estate planning department. Our firm specializes in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorship matters.
Some of your daily tasks will include data entry, merging estate plan documents, drafting trusts, attending client meetings, client intakes, deed research, and other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience working in estate planning as well as a certificate from an ABA-approved program. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. In this position, it is helpful to have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and organized.
