What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager - Hotel position at Confidential?
We are looking to hire an experienced full-time General Manager to oversee the daily operation of a locally owned hotel.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to all department heads and facility staff
- Manage guest relations and Loyalty programs
- Coordinate, lead, coach and guide sales department
- Supervise vendors, housekeeping department, and Building Engineers
- Manage hotel’s financial performance and operate within GM- developed budgets
Qualifications
· B.S degree in business, hotel administration, or similar field preferred
· Requires a minimum of 5 years hospitality experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
