General Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or complaints
- Manage and train staff members, including but limited to hiring, terminating, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a casual restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of catering, bartending, and food production operations. Beer knowledge is a MUST
- Proficient in using cloud based POS and scheduling systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
