Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Ordering and Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and procure supplies, including guest amenities and breakfast items, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Compliance with County and City Regulations: Ensure adherence to all county and city regulations while maintaining necessary certifications.
- Scheduling and Shift Management: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize productivity.
- Software System and Revenue Management: Utilize hotel software systems and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Sales Support and Contract Management: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and assist in contract management.
- Basic Maintenance Support: Provide guidance and support for basic maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains well-maintained and functional.
- OTA Platform Review Response: Monitor and respond to reviews on OTA platforms to uphold a positive online reputation.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and favorable pricing.
- Hospitality Experience: Apply your industry knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:
