Hotel Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through effective revenue management techniques
- Ensure excellent guest services by maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Manage human resources, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with international guests
- Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest experiences
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is required
- Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage human resources and lead a team
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
