Overview:
Performs a wide range of assistant functions for the Human Resources Department that includes but is not limited:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring calls, email communications, coordinating customer walk-ins, typing, filing, and computer work.
- Maintains outstanding communication and customer service skills and assists the Human Resources Departments and staff as needed.
- Responsible for all employee access identification badges.
- Distributes incoming mail to various departments.
- Data entry for daily updates for new hires, department transfers, and termination data.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a Administrator within Human Resources department
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work 8:30-5pm M-F all onsite
