HR Generalist
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday during regular schedule and overtime during projects.
Salary: $68,743.00 - $74,743.00, depending on experience.
We provide HR services to multiple clients in 36 states and are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3-5 years experience in HRIS reporting, benefits, employee relations, situational analysis and knowledge of: 401(k), ACA, PTO and administration of all leave types, OEWS, DOL, reports. Experience with complex unemployment issues and Leave of absences including FMLA, state mandated leaves, and all facets of Human Resources. This position reports directly to the Vice President of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Excel to include X, V lookups, Index, match is preferred.
- All types of leave administration for FMLA and multi-state Leave laws.
- Knowledge of multiple state unemployment claim process.
- Proficient in creating handbooks, HR policies and procedures for multiple states.
- Respond to all client inquiries promptly, professionally and record in CRM.
- Conduct regular audits for 401(K), ACA, PTO and additional HR reports.
- Manage day-to-day requests for Human Resources support.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain professional relationships with brokers, vendors, third-party plan administrators, and clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of federal regulations and laws for our clients.
- Support discrimination testing and audits.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task while paying close attention to details.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Human Resources role.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of the entire Human Resources lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
