Job Title: HR Professional
Job Type: 30-40 hours a week

Our team is at the heart of our mission, and we are looking for a skilled HR Professional to join us in fostering a positive and efficient workplace.
Position Overview: As the HR Professional, you will manage all aspects of human resources within our community. Your role will include recruiting and onboarding staff, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will be a key player in supporting our team and enhancing the overall work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing support and guidance.
- Address and resolve conflicts and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including documentation related to benefits, performance, and training.
- Manage HR-related documentation and reporting, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Organize and facilitate orientation and ongoing training sessions for employees.
- Performance Management:
- Support managers in performance evaluation processes and goal-setting.
- Assist with creating and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct salary reviews and market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
