We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Specialist at one of our premiere properties.
This candidate must have experience in customer service, sales, or marketing and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced office setting.

Proven organizational and time management skills
Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as with others.
Proven ability to close
Requirements:
Present a professional and positive attitude to residents, vendors, and others.
Market the apartment community.
Greet residents and new prospective residents.
Give property and furnished model apartment tours.
Complete guest cards
Follow-up on prospective residents with phone calls and emails.
Respond to emails and inquires about the apartment complex.
Effectively communicate to current residents.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Promote resident retention.
Maintain a successful lease renewal program.
